User Groups

Instead of associating roles to users, you can define a user group which is a group of roles, and associate the user group with users.

From the menu bar, go to Configuration > User Groups in the User Management section.

Adding user groups

Take the following steps to add a user group:

  1. Click Add user group + in the User Groups page.

  2. Enter the name for the new user group and include roles. You can associate the user group with users in the list.

    Click Save.

Ensure that you can see the new user group in the list.
