Enterprise SSO Support

CloudCasa subscriptions can optionally include support for Enterprise Single Sign-on (SSO) using many common Identity Providers (IdPs).

CloudCasa SSO is compatible with the following IdP solutions in at least some configurations:

  • Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)

  • SAML IdPs

  • OpenID Connect (OIDC) IdPs

  • Okta

  • Google Workspaces

  • PingIdentity

  • Active Directory

Restrictions:

  • The SSO option must be enabled by CloudCasa support.

  • SSO users from a single domain are restricted to a single CloudCasa organization.

  • A CloudCasa organization configured for SSO will only accept SSO users, only users from a single specified SSO domain, and only users that have been invited to join the organization by a CloudCasa admin.

  • Invited SSO users will be restricted to only using the CloudCasa organization issuing the invitation, and will not have their own default organization created when initially logging in.

  • In the CloudCasa UI, options to switch organizations, change password, and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) are disabled for users in SSO organizations.

  • The SSO option is not available to free subscriptions.
