Collecting HAR files from browsers
Summary
CloudCasa Support may sometimes ask you to collect HAR logs from the browser where CloudCasa UI is running. HAR logs capture the REST requests and responses between UI and back-end and are very useful in debugging certain problems. The exact steps for collecting HAR logs vary between browsers.
Follow the steps corresponding to the browser that you are using to run CloudCasa UI. If your browser is not listed here and you need help, please contact CloudCasa Support.
Note
On macOS, use Cmd + Option + I instead of Ctrl + Shift + I to open Developer Tools.
Warning
HAR files may contain sensitive information such as session cookies, authentication tokens, and data displayed in the UI. Share HAR files only with CloudCasa Support through the support channel, and consider signing out of CloudCasa after collecting the file to invalidate the session.

Open Chrome and go to the page where the issue occurs.
Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I to open Developer Tools.
